McKenzie joined the JS creative team as a full-time graphic designer in 2021, following an internship with the team. She brings to JS her natural gift for all things creative, and her ability to breathe life into a variety of digital and print designs, as well as animations.  She uses her talents to support a plethora of diverse clients, including Chick-fil-A, Delta, Mendocino Farms and Orkin, to name a few.

McKenzie graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. While at Auburn, McKenzie interacted with alumni, students, and parents, during campus visits as a graphic design ambassador.  She also conducted guided tours to prospective students and families and coordinated official events/functions for the college.  Hoping to get hands on experience while still in school, McKenzie worked for Auburn University’s College of Architecture, Design and Construction as a graphic designer.  In this role, she was responsible for creating digital and print designs for different events, social posts, and websites.

A high achiever, even back in the day, McKenzie was a repeat honoree on the Dean’s list each semester, and she also received multiple merit awards in Auburn University’s Juried Student Exhibition for her publication and identity design work.

When she’s not honing her creative craft, McKenzie loves learning new things. She seeks out activities that challenge her brain, and you can often find her playing chess or similar strategy games. She also enjoys creative outlets, such as drawing and card crafting, while spending time with her cats, Bailey, and Rue, and listening to Christmas music year-round.
