Drew Campbell

Drew joined Jackson Spalding as a summer intern following his graduation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He currently assists with project management for several different clients, including Delta Community Engagement, Reduce Drinkware and WestRock.

A Chapel Hill native, Drew graduated with distinction from UNC’s Hussman School of Journalism and Media in May 2022, where he received his B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations. While at the Hussman School, he also completed their Sports Communication Certificate Program, which allowed him to complete an internship with the National Women’s Soccer League’s North Carolina Courage, the summer after his junior year. A self-proclaimed “map nerd” from a young age, he added a geography minor to his degree as well.

Before coming to JS, Drew honed his skills as a marketing manager for a local event-sharing app, interned at Raleigh-based advertising agency Baldwin& and worked as an advisor to UNC’s social media teams through the office of University Communications.

In college, Drew spent much of his time playing volleyball, both indoor (where he was club president) and out on the beach. He still enjoys getting out to play whenever he can, participating in tournaments across Georgia and the Carolinas. You can also find him up early on weekend mornings during the Premier League season, cheering on his beloved Arsenal through all of their ups and downs.
