In the case of Airbnb, the Delta SkyMiles team turned to Jackson Spalding to create a marketing campaign to announce the highly-anticipated partnership and show that the brand was committed to delivering expansive and inspiring travel experiences. The JS team created a campaign that spoke to Airbnb’s largely millennial following without alienating our more traditional members. We designed, wrote and built the microsite and supported it with customer emails along with a variety of digital placements.
The modern traveler also craves exclusive access to buzzworthy experiences so that’s what our team delivers for Delta SkyMiles® Credit Card Members under the hashtag umbrella #DeltaAmexPerks.
The anchor for most robust digital experiences is a virtual gathering place to share and exchange information. Our team developed fluid microsites for #DeltaAmexPerks, including a national Leon Bridges concert contest, and GRAMMYs®, just to name a few.
These travelers gravitate toward the unexpected and once they find it, they want to share it on social channels. We developed social marketing strategies, contests and campaigns for Card Member promotions around Leon Bridges, Shake Shack, King of Pops and exclusive TPC golf events on behalf of Delta.
