Sarah plugged into Jackson Spalding’s Dallas office in 2016 to lead teams for Interstate Batteries and the Dallas Citizens Council. She joined us after serving as Public Relations Manager for RealPage, Inc., a leading provider of software and software-enabled services for the real estate industry. Her responsibilities at the public company ranged from conference planning to content creation to media outreach.

Prior to that, Sarah spent almost a decade with MEplusYOU, serving the digital firm in a succession of marketing, public relations and communications roles. She began her career at a boutique agency that gave her a great sampling of B2B and Consumer work.

Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in Journalism-PR from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Public Relations from Texas Christian University. She describes herself as an eternal student who still plans to go after a PhD and teach at the collegiate level one day.

Sarah’s a native of the tiny town of Schertz, Texas, just north of San Antonio. Growing up there allowed her to try her hand at many sports and activities, which fueled her competitive, “tomboy” spirit. All of that was great preparation for her life today with husband, Hudson, and their twin boys.

She gets her girl-time by volunteering as the Advisor for SMU’s Alpha Chi Omega chapter and as vice president for communications for the sorority’s Dallas alumni group.
