Enthusiastic, confident, curious and creative are four adjectives often used to describe Rob, who works on not-for-profit and business-to-business accounts at our firm. He joined Jackson Spalding in 2010 after interning here and at Life Care Centers of America where he provided corporate communications support to 220 facilities across the country.

Rob graduated summa cum laude from Lee University in Cleveland, Tenn., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and a minor in Spanish. During college he contributed his writing, event planning and design skills to local non-profit organizations, from which he earned two best-in-class awards from the Public Relations Society of America Lookout Chapter. He also was recognized as a 2009 Silver ADDY award winner for a Battle of the Bands campaign to fight Alzheimer’s disease. He served as a student recruiter, lifestyles editor of his college yearbook, study abroad travel instructor and as vice president of his service fraternity.

Rob grew up in Seneca, S.C., but has ventured far from the Upcountry on several occasions. He backpacked from west to east across Europe, studied art and architecture in a Chilean Spanish institute, sang in cathedrals and pubs of Scotland and traveled throughout Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Belize and Colombia doing mission work.

Fueled by a love for life experience, he believes in music as power, southern style as privilege and nature as proof of the divine. He thrives on city-life as a Midtown resident and enjoys Atlanta for its mix of people, great music venues and underrated uniqueness.
