Mary Douglas

Mary joined Jackson Spalding in July 2021 and supports several accounts in a Client Advisory role. Most recently, Mary has supported our Shepherd Center, Gwinnett, and US Xpress accounts.

She joined Jackson Spalding after six years as General Manager of two Atlanta Pure Barre studios where she led the studio’s sales team, planned and executed marketing and communications initiatives, and managed all aspects of the client experience. Always a team player, she often hopped on the mic to teach a class or two!

One of Mary’s all-time favorite cities is Charleston, South Carolina. She fell in love with the Holy City while attending the College of Charleston where she studied English and History (often while sitting on Folly Beach) and received her B.S. in Education in 2008.

A life-long learner, Mary completed Emory University’s Asana Project Management Certification course in 2021. She thrives in a highly organized world and her project management expertise helps keep her teams working smarter – not harder.

Outside of work Mary seeks to stay plugged into community and has served on Chris 180’s Leaders Network, First Presbyterian Church’s Faith Formation Council, and has become a master door-installer and trim-painter on several Habitat for Humanity builds.

On any given weekend Mary, her husband Lee, and daughter Roberta can be found walking to the Zoo to see the elephants, grabbing a beer at Eventide, or starting yet another project on their 1920’s Grant Park home.
