Kelly joined our firm in 2015 after interning in both our Athens and Atlanta offices. You might say that her workdays revolve around chicken and children, as she supports our Chick-fil-A and Primrose Schools accounts. She’s indefatigable on the phone as a media pitcher and spends much of her time promoting new market expansions for both clients.

A native of Nashville, Tenn., Kelly broke a Vanderbilt family tradition and ventured over to The University of Georgia, where she graduated, summa cum laude, blazing her own trail.  Early on, she thought she might pursue broadcast journalism and even interned at WSMV Channel 4 News in her hometown.  But ultimately, she fell in love with PR through the Grady College and began focusing her career toward agency life.

During college, Kelly gained experience as a digital media intern at Guide 2 Athens and as a team member focused on events and content creation for Classic City Consignment. She also led a team of six students who provided pro bono counsel to The Clarke County Mentor Program, which pairs business leaders with underprivileged children in the area.

Kelly also spent a Maymester studying film marketing and review writing at the Cannes Film Festival, where she was one of the first to see the results of Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut for Lost River. Somehow, despite all these activities, she also served as chief recruitment officer of her sorority.

Fluent in conversational Spanish, Kelly has perfected her accent in Spain, Mexico and The Dominican Republic. Stateside, she fell in love with Alaskan wildlife while working on a mission trip in the tiny town of Hoonah.

Speaking of wildlife, Kelly is a huge animal lover. She’s “mom” to two doodles, Jake and Tucker, as well as Chile, her pet chinchilla who, she vows, will never be transformed into a fashion accessory.
