Kathryn joined our Chick-fil-A account in April of 2021, as the first Community Manager at Jackson Spalding. Her team is responsible for being the voice of Chick-fil-A, Inc. on social media every day, responding across all the brand’s national social channels. Kathryn has also recently joined our Paid Media team, where she will lend her social media knowledge and expertise in an organic arena.
She joined JS from a boutique agency where she worked as a marketing coordinator. Kathryn focused mainly on social media strategy and content for the campaigns of 20+ organizations. She is grateful to have made her start there as it introduced her to a wide range of digital marketing and paid media initiatives that play into her work at JS.
Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College with an emphasis in both Professional Selling and Digital Marketing. After completing an internship with Eli Lilly & Co. the summer of her junior year of college, she decided her true marketing interests weren’t in sales and turned her focus towards digital marketing.
Outside of work, Kathryn volunteers with Restoration ATL. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and exploring new parts of Atlanta to find hidden gems she can share with other people.
