Hayley Johns

Hayley joined Jackson Spalding in 2008 and soon emerged as a versatile client advisor for several of our largest clients. She has worked on high-profile initiatives for Delta Air Lines, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and The Coca-Cola Company, where she was an embedded JS consultant for a time.

Happiest when she is leading a project with many moving parts, Hayley has never met a challenge she didn’t like. Her experiences have included a public health campaign for children, designing an immersive learning experience for Middle School students, launching a major client museum that is now a tourist destination, and leading creative campaigns, internal communications support and training for one of the world’s most recognizable brands. She is also well-versed in designing and executing effective stakeholder workshops and regularly coordinates a wide variety of sessions for our clients as one of our go-to facilitators.

Inside the agency, Hayley is a member of our Leadership Team and an active chair within our Strategic Planning group, helping with strategic planning efforts for both the agency and our clients.

Originally from Ft. Myers, Fla., Hayley traveled to Nashville for college where she graduated, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. She majored in Human and Organizational Development and minored in Communications, which ultimately led to her career in PR.

Outside of work, Hayley stays busy with two small children and a passion for being outdoors and exercising on her Peloton bike. She and her family live in Poncey Highlands, which has only fueled her passion for in-town living.

And, speaking of passions, once you get to know her it’s hard to ignore that she’s an unabashed fan of Vanderbilt Commodores football and the 70s pop music group, ABBA, whose music provided much of the soundtrack to her childhood.
