Duyen is a digital project manager at JS. She ensures that our web-based work stays on schedule and on budget. Before coming to us in early 2020, Duyen was an ecommerce project manager with Netsolace, the in-house technology provider for Edible Arrangements franchise businesses. Earlier career stops included EY Studios, an agency devoted to ecommerce brands, and Suja Juice, where she was a field marketing team lead.
Duyen fell into marketing through part-time brand ambassador jobs she landed in college. Her “portfolio” included the likes of Body Armor, Power Crunch and Keurig—gigs with definite swag benefits. Case in point: She got to travel to the 2015 NCAA championship in Texas to evangelize Keurig.
Her degree, which she earned at Oglethorpe University, is in Psychology. She says that while it’s not the career she pursued professionally, it boosted her collaboration skills, which she uses all the time.
Duyen has also earned her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and hopes to have her professional certification on project management checked off soon.
With these credentials, you can imagine that she’s an organized planner. But she describes her life away from work as organized chaos with three adopted dogs learning to co-exist under one roof. She and her fiancé spend a lot of time outdoors engaged in doggie training with Leia, the alpha retriever mix, Milo a chihuahua mix and Rae, the pit bull.
