Chanel Briones
Chanel Briones
An avid adventurer and dedicated global citizen, Chanel brings her cross-cultural intelligence to JS supporting Moët Hennessy, Google and the Delta Air Lines Community Engagement Team, where she does project management and copywriting. Additionally, she is a member of JS’ Multicultural Communications and DE&I Team.
Before joining JS, Chanel held an impressive array of internships including New York based communications firm, BerlinRosen, supporting the Cities and Public Affairs team and the Ascend Fund, a non-profit focused on achieving gender parity in U.S. politics by increasing the number of women running for office.
Boasting a dual degree in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (Go Vols!), she uses her passion to produce content that is trustworthy, innovative and beneficial to the improvement of society. Chanel’s dedication to community engagement began when she helped charter the first Asian-interest sorority at UTK and all of Tennessee. She aims to continue that love for community both in her career and personal endeavors.
Born in the Philippines, she wears her Philippine Sun necklace and her love for the island everywhere she goes. When she’s not in the office, you can find her restaurant hopping at your nearest Southern style or Korean style fried chicken restaurant or strolling through Midtown for a new food hot spot to try. You can also find her out and about at Piedmont Park walking off her latest meal or scouring the city for a Pickleball court, but for now the JS ping pong table might have to do.
