Caroline joined JS Atlanta’s public relations team in 2021 to focus on media and influencer relations. Prior to JS, Caroline built her foundational PR skills working for a mid-size agency in Tallahassee, Florida, where she handled outreach for luxury hospitality brands, including The Kessler Collection’s line of boutique hotels and signature restaurants. There she honed her skills in planning and leading press trips, coordinating live broadcast opportunities, and managing influencer campaigns.

When the pandemic hit in 2020 and brought the hospitality industry to a halt, Caroline took the opportunity to make the move to Atlanta, where she’d been eyeing a job at JS since she was a junior in college. Fun fact: She signed a lease for an apartment close to JS before she even got the job offer. That’s what we call manifesting!

Caroline graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, having double-majored in Public Relations and Psychology. Caroline says, believe it or not, professional communications and psychology work hand-in-hand, and her background studies in social psychology help to navigate and build healthy relationships both professionally and personally.

Outside of her life at JS, you can find Caroline at a local coffee shop, exploring Atlanta’s Beltline or, (most likely) binging the latest true crime docuseries on Netflix. She is a life-long music and pop culture fan and is always willing to share her opinion on the year’s hottest albums and the biggest Grammys snub. She’s also full of knowledge on 90s & Y2K music, which only come in handy during trivia night at the bar.

A native of Doylestown, Penn., she is a proud Philadelphia Eagles fan, and says despite what people think, Eagles fans are totally calm, cool, collected and kind…unless you’re wearing a Cowboys jersey.
