Brittanie Smith
Brittanie Smith
Brittanie joined Jackson Spalding in 2021 as a full-time member of the Chick-fil-A team. Her primary focus is spreading joy and care as the voice of Chick-fil-A Inc. across the brand’s national social media channels. Brittanie also supports the account by leading public relations efforts for new restaurant openings.
Before her time at JS, Brittanie worked as a social media coordinator for a woman-owned business in Wichita, Kansas where she devoted her time to social media strategy, content creation and building relationships with people in the community.
A proud Jayhawk, Brittanie earned a Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication and a minor in English from the University of Kansas. During her time in college, she completed several marketing internships and contributed weekly to KU’s student-led newspaper, the University Daily Kansan.
Brittanie recently moved from the Sunflower State to Atlanta to be closer to family and has loved exploring the city. Outside of Jackson Spalding, you can find her in the kitchen testing new recipes, bingeing the latest Netflix craze, or hanging out with her black lab, Reese.
