Ashley considers account management and client relations two of her core strengths. She demonstrates those skills and more at JS.
She joined us in 2017, after three years contributing to award-winning teams in her hometown of Raleigh, N.C. In addition to managing advertising campaigns for travel and tourism clients, Ashley led production of two digital magazines for the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler School, projects that added silver and gold ADDY awards to her trophy shelf in 2016.
She began her career as an intern at the Capstrat agency, quickly rising through the ranks to account executive. There, she was exposed to both consumer and business-to-business accounts, working primarily for Deloitte and Lenovo.
Ashley earned dual degrees in Media and Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Carolina. She considered continuing on to law school, but fell in love with the multi-faceted world of marketing after interning with public relations and advertising agencies during college.
Now that she’s relocated to Atlanta with her fiancé, Ashley hopes to continue mentoring students as she did through Big Brothers and Big Sisters and as a CoachWrite Volunteer with at-risk elementary students.
She says her dream job involves working with dogs, something she practices after work by exercising with Roy, the pup she named for Tar Heel’s Basketball Coach, Roy Williams.
