Ansley joined Jackson Spalding in 2022, and as a member of the agency’s Chick-fil-A team, she provides support as a PR and event Coordinator and New Restaurant Planner as the company expands its footprint across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Prior to coming to JS, Ansley worked at the restaurant level for ten years. She served as a marketing director, event planning for Chick-fil-A, Inc. grand openings, and most recently on the New Restaurant Brand PR team to plan and open over 120 new restaurants in established and emerging markets, coordinating new market entry events in New York, Nevada, and Hawaii. She also spent some time as a development coordinator, planning and executing large fundraising events for a non-profit hospital system in upstate South Carolina.
Ansley graduated with a Marketing degree from Clemson University, where she interned with the American Junior Golf Association, planning and executing golf tournaments across the country. It was there that she discovered her passion for event planning and travel – two things that she enjoys incorporating into her day-to-day work.
Ansley was born and raised in Anderson, SC and spent time on the coastal South Carolina beaches after college. You’ll never find her too far from a body of water, and while it’s not the ocean, you will often find her out on Lake Hartwell if it’s above 75 degrees.
When she’s not laking it, Ansley enjoys spending time with her husband and their black lab, Lucy. They spend a lot of time outdoors, watching sports, testing out new recipes on the Blackstone grill (especially Lucy), and catching up on the latest TV crazes or box office hit.
