Annalise joined Jackson Spalding in 2014 to work on the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Rollins accounts, where she still focuses her efforts today, serving as a team lead on Orkin Commercial and leading the Orkin Canada account. Her experience runs the gamut from corporate communications to sales enablement and events, but the common denominator is always story-telling and relationship building.
Most recently, Annalise has been a part of the team promoting Children’s new state-of-the-art hospital, a multi-year project with many stakeholders. On the Orkin side, she leads brand building, innovation and content development initiatives.
Annalise set her sights on a career at JS early in her studies at The University of Georgia (UGA), where she encountered members of our team. She graduated, magna cum laude, from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications, joining us soon afterward.
Although half of her ancestry is Peruvian, she still maintains a slight Southern drawl, which she has acquired from years of living in Macon, Georgia. She recently returned to her hometown put down roots with her husband, Blake, and their dogs, Jolene and Brew.
Outside of work, Annalise is passionate about yoga, which she has practiced for over a decade. She’s done it all – from stand-up-paddle yoga on water to aerial yoga supported by silks suspended from the rafters. Recently, she spread the gospel of yoga during a retreat in Cuba and is currently pursuing her teaching certification. Annalise is also a member of the Junior League of Macon, committed to improving literacy and school readiness in the Middle Georgia community.
