Travel & Tourism

From the takeoffs to touchdowns, we’ve partnered with several of travel and tourism organizations to elevate their brands and drive results. With more than 20 years of service to Delta Air Lines, Jackson Spalding has an established track record of helping the world’s leading airline soar through branding, public relations, internal communications, digital marketing, digital design, social media and strategic corporate partnerships, including those with noted disruptor brands like Lyft and Airbnb. But getting to and from a destination is just part of the journey.

Jackson Spalding has also handled public relations, marketing and communications for the biggest sporting events on the planet and numerous tourist destinations, including World of Coca-Cola, Super Bowl LIII, Klyde Warren Park in Dallas, the Atlanta History Center and the Atlanta Braves. Beyond your standard marketing KPIs, we worked to drive the big-picture success metrics for these brands like sponsorship satisfaction, total gate, revenue per available seat and more.

Atlanta History Center

As some of Atlanta’s biggest fans, we’re honored to support the Atlanta History Center and their vision to connect the city’s people, culture and history through their exhibitions, educational programs and outdoor spaces. Jackson Spalding provides strategic counsel to the Atlanta History Center and handles media relations, crisis communications, content marketing, influencer relations and measurement for the overall brand as well as for specific exhibitions. Some of our results include securing placements in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal to announce the Atlanta History Center’s exhibit, Cyclorama: The Big Picture.
