Toyota North America

Through our work with Toyota, we reset the standard for new vehicle previews to the press and influencers over a three-year period: a 618% growth in positive coverage, 900+ million impressions, a 30% improvement in budget efficiencies and record sales for the two largest Toyota/Lexus dealers in the Southeast over this period. JS also leads the communications and creative campaign efforts for the Takata airbag recall for Toyota in North America. By establishing a presence at events around the country, the brand connected with 50,000+ targeted consumers to alert them to the dangers of the faulty airbag inflators. Digital ads that complemented the effort generated a click-thru rate more than 5 times higher than the industry average.

Jackson Spalding is Atlanta-region Transit Link Authority’s first agency of record since their inception in 2018. The transit governance and funding authority oversees all regional public transit systems, creating the first ever integrated system in metro Atlanta. We launched the brand with a logo, key messaging, website, media relations and collateral pieces, and we continue to coordinate communication and brand standards among the 10 transit systems.
Client Impact

A technology-based, car-share membership service, this start-up hired Jackson Spalding to help them visually rebrand, create a new digital strategy to attract B2B and B2C audiences and assets for the go-to-market campaigns. Jackson Spalding developed a website, video, collateral, paid media, and a social media calendar and content. Initial results against KPIs outpaced goals, driving 24,000 monthly landing page views and 6,500 app downloads.
