Jackson Spalding Named One of Nation’s Best Public Relations Agencies to Work For

ATLANTA (February 22, 2006) — Jackson Spalding, the Atlanta-based image creation, cultivation and communication firm, was ranked this week as one of the nation’s top public relations agencies to work for, according to The Holmes Report, an industry trade publication.

For the fourth consecutive year, Jackson Spalding was the only Atlanta-based agency to be recognized in the “Best Agencies to Work For” ranking. The firm was ranked 6th among “Best Small Public Relations Agencies to Work For” from across the country.

The firm participated in an annual ranking process in which more than 4,500 employees from approximately 100 agencies nationwide completed an online survey conducted by The Holmes Report. Employees were asked a series of questions covering all aspects of their firm’s culture, from trust in management to quality of client service. Jackson Spalding was profiled in the ranking among firms that “scored outstanding marks from their employees.”

The Holmes Report stated “…the firm scored particularly high marks when employees were asked whether their agency did a good job of attracting and retaining high caliber employees — and an agency where even the most junior account staff feel as though they can make a difference.”
