Jackson Spalding was recently honored with nine awards spanning a wide array of services and topics, including marketing, advertising, design and workplace culture.
The agency won seven ADDY Awards at the 2018 American Advertising Federation’s (AAF’s) Atlanta Ad Club, which recognizes groundbreaking creative and design work. Jackson Spalding was recognized for branding, visual identity and graphic design work across several clients, specifically Orkin Pest Control, Phish, NIKE, Argosy, Arawak Cycles, Nod Hill Brewery and Orphan Barrel Entrapment. The ADDYs are generally recognized as the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year in local competitions.
In addition, Jackson Spalding and its long-time client Orkin Pest Control earned a 2018 MAX Award (Marketing Awards for Excellence) for content marketing work to launch Orkin Bed Bug ProAct, Orkin’s new hotel bed bug prevention service. The MAX Awards recognize innovative and outstanding creative marketing in Georgia and is presented by Atlanta Business Chronicle in partnership with Georgia State University’s Marketing RoundTable.
For the fifth consecutive year, Jackson Spalding was ranked among the top Atlanta workplaces and as a top agency for companies with fewer than 150 employees, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Top 150 Workplaces 2018 study.
“Awards are exciting and humbling, but we must always keep our focus on producing stellar work for our clients,” said Eric O’Brien, Jackson Spalding partner. “When we do that, the awards will naturally follow. More than anything, we’re grateful for our incredible clients and talented team members who make it all possible.”
