ATLANTA (March 6, 2012) – Jackson Spalding, an Atlanta-based public relations and marketing firm, has added five new full-time members to its Atlanta, Dallas and Athens teams. They will support the firm’s public relations, creative and accounting groups across all three offices.
Traci Buch, originally from Rochester, N.Y., is the newest member of Jackson Spalding’s public relations team. A former television sportscaster and marketing manager for Reynolds Plantation, Buch brings nearly 20 years of media experience. She earned her degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University. At Jackson Spalding, she supports Skanska USA and sports marketing clients.
Samantha Kurz, a Dallas native, is the most recent addition to the Dallas team. Kurz joined Jackson Spalding full time after serving several months as an intern in the firm’s Dallas office. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a major in marketing and a minor in sociology. At Jackson Spalding, Kurz supports consumer, business-to-business and non-profit accounts.
Joe VanHoose joined the Athens team after working as the features reporter for the Athens Banner-Herald. Joe will provide support to The UGA College of Public Heath as well as several Jackson Spalding sports-related clients. He graduated cum laude from Jacksonville University, earning a degree in communications.
Jonathan Buiel has joined the firm full time in video production. One of the youngest television-credited producers around, his work has aired on The Discovery Channel, Country Music Television, and The Outdoor Channel and has taken him to dozens of locations in the U.S., Canada, Europe and South America. Buiel earned a degree in film and television production from Savannah College of Art and Design.
Christina Phillips is Jackson Spalding’s newest accountant, bringing more than 10 years to the business office. Originally from Buffalo, N.Y., she earned a degree in business management from Kennesaw State University.
