Jackson Spalding Hires Six Professionals
Atlanta-based Agency Continues to Grow Account Services and JS Creative
ATLANTA (August 25, 2008) - Jackson Spalding, the Atlanta-based marketing communications firm, has hired six new professionals in 2008 to support expanding client and creative services.
"Our new hires add tremendous strength to our account teams," said Bo Spalding, co-founder. "We are fortunate that we continue to attract unique skill sets to round out our teams."
Diana Drobiner Sturisky joins Jackson Spalding from the New York office of the Brunswick Group, a strategic communications firm where she worked for four years. Prior to that, she worked for KIT Capital, an emerging growth-focused merchant bank. Sturisky will serve a number of the firm's financial and professional services clients, including Powell Goldstein, Federal Home Loan Bank and Choicepoint.
Kim Hardcastle brings real estate and marketing experience to numerous account teams. Kim joins Jackson Spalding after serving as Marketing Director for the Novare Group, building on previous work at two other Atlanta public relations agencies. Her experience will be valuable to real estate clients such as Post Properties and IDI.
Manning Fairey joins Jackson Spalding after spending three years at a boutique Atlanta agency where she helped develop consumer and business- to- business campaigns for clients. At Jackson Spalding she contributes to the Orkin and Georgia Research Alliance teams and supports our work/life balance initiatives.
An Atlanta native, Hadley Hickman joins Jackson Spalding after completing a Master's degree in journalism from the University of Mississippi. She has previously worked for and contributed to Ya'll, Business Tennessee, Worth and Atlanta magazines, bringing diverse media connections to the firm.
JS Creative has also hired two personnel to support the firm's rapidly growing creative services group. Alicia Harwell joins the firm from Fox Sports Net South, where she was a senior promotions editor, previously having worked in the production and promotions department for WUPA-TV. She will assist both JS Creative and JS Cultivation in video editing and media training. J.C. Hamill, a recent graduate of Valdosta State University, brings additional expertise in web application development to JS Creative.
