Jackson Spalding Adds Real Estate As Well As Branding Clients
ATLANTA (May 19,2009) - Jackson Spalding picked up four new clients in the first quarter of 2009. Three of the wins are for real estate developers.
John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods chose Jackson Spalding for public relations strategy and media relations for its "Get Housing Moving" tour. Company founder and CEO John Wieland traveled to five cities in eight weeks in his "Wiebago," a John Wieland branded Winnebago, to call attention to the importance of housing's role in economic recovery and the current value of buying a new home. The publicity campaign generated 101 home sales in less than two months and attracted news coverage from CNN to FOX Business to local market papers.
Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) selected Jackson Spalding to support its corporate marketing department with public relations and graphic design services. Jackson Spalding began the relationship with a media relations campaign focused on 10 Terminus Place, Cousins' condominium building in the Terminus mixed-use development at the corner of Piedmont and Peachtree Roads in Buckhead.
Urban Realty Partners and Regent Partners selected Jackson Spalding to raise visibility for The Brookwood, Atlanta's first LEED-certified high-rise residence, located just south of Piedmont Hospital. Jackson Spalding is charged with media relations, event promotion and advertising planning and placement for the project, which opened May 1.
JS Creative, Jackson Spalding's branding, design and multimedia division, picked up branding and positioning work for Dominium Benefits, an employee benefits brokerage and human resources consultancy serving clients throughout the U.S. Work will also include collateral design.
