Laura Hudson Lee

Laura joined Jackson Spalding in 2007 and serves as our media planner and buyer for JS Creative. Her work includes researching, negotiating and managing advertising buys as well as supporting our branding and re-launch initiatives.

She came to us from Fitzgerald & Company where she was a senior media planner working on behalf of Cryovac, Quikrete and Southern Company. She also spent two years at another local agency where she focused on media buying for clients in the travel and construction sectors.

Laura majored in Advertising at the University of Tennessee where she also developed a major passion for VOLS football. While in college, she came close to becoming a Fairy Godmother, training and serving as a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This experience was the perfect outlet for her creative, budgeting and eye-for-detail skillset.

Laura’s middle name comes from the Ohio town where she was born, but she grew up in the Atlanta suburbs and now resides in Decatur’s Oakhurst neighborhood with her furry “children”, Madaket and Tuckernuck.

Always looking for adventure, Laura has been scuba certified, recently earned her orange belt in Tae Kwon Do and has traveled as far away as St. Petersburg, Russia. Next on her list? Parlez-vous francais?
