RANDALL KIRSCH
Randall's savvy combination of creative and analytical skill has made him much in demand since he joined Jackson Spalding in 2002. He is a member of our management team and contributes significantly to the firm's growth and long-range planning.
His agency experience runs the gamut from financial consulting projects to consumer promotions and business-to-business strategy. He led the Orkin Commercial Services account for five years, during which time the scope of work grew four-fold and the marketing communications work earned multiple national industry awards for his 7-member team.
He led the brand resurgence for The Gretsch Company, an iconic name among serious musicians, during their 18-month 125th anniversary campaign in 2007-2008. This work, which included a robust MySpace promotion and an online band competition among nearly 900 bands from seven countries, earned Jackson Spalding national industry recognition as a finalist for a 2008 Gold SABRE award.
Randall graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University's Calloway School of Business and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Prior to joining our firm, he was the business manager for Capital Area Preservation (CAP), a non-profit historic-preservation organization in Raleigh, N.C. and spent his weekends touring the East Coast as a singer-songwriter for the North Carolina-based rock band, "Drifting Through."
When he is not making a splash at work or on stage with his band, he makes one in the community. He is a director and past board chair of the Atlanta Children’s Shelter, trustee of the North Atlanta High School Foundation, member of the Fernbank Museum of Natural History Corporate Leadership Council, 2009 graduate of Leadership Atlanta and former volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta.
He lives in Decatur with his wife Amy, son Miles and daughter Callie. One of his most memorable moments? Opening for Bob Weir of "The Grateful Dead."
