Caitlin joined JS as an intern in 2017, and her determined work ethic quickly earned her a full-time gig on our Rollins team. She helps with marketing and communications for several of their brands, including Orkin, Orkin Commercial Services and Waltham Pest Services.

Becoming a pest-whispering PR pro wasn’t always part of Caitlin’s plan. In fact, she attended the University of South Carolina with the intention of becoming a middle school English teacher. A business writing course transformed the rest of Caitlin’s college experience, and she began trading in her middle school classroom syllabi for media kits. She graduated in 2016 with a PR degree and hasn’t looked back since.

Caitlin has never strayed from a challenge, completing back-to-back internships while serving as the social media director for Odyssey, an online publication for Millennials. She’s tackled everything from creative copy for a credit card processing company to event coordination for a boutique PR firm, approaching every project with a smile and sense of humor. Her signature dry wit and one-liners have become integral to our “Pest Side” family.

You can find Caitlin residing in Buckhead – most of the time. This genealogy buff spent a recent summer traveling with her family to County Donegal, Ireland, where she knocked on the doors of ancestors she’d never met. Next on her bucket list: a visit to the castles of Scotland.
