Ashley wears a lot of hats at Jackson Spalding, but her favorite is a thinking cap. She’s contributed her creative brand of strategic counsel to some of our biggest clients since 2007. She currently serves as creative lead for Orkin’s business-to-business division and supports the consumer brand with content marketing and social media. She also has provided creative direction and branding services for clients that include Delta, Coca-Cola, SCANA Energy and Georgia Transmission Corporation.
Ashley began her career at Talk, Inc., a full-service agency in Wilmington, N.C., where she spent six years and eventually worked her way up to the role of creative director. She picked up several awards during her tenure there, including a National Silver Microphone Award and ADDY awards.
It was also in Wilmington that Ashley earned her Master of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. She launched her collegiate pursuits in Georgia, where she graduated summa cum laude from Berry College, majoring in Communications and minoring in Creative Writing, English and Theatre.
Outside of the office, Ashley has a history of community involvement. Most recently, she joined the Berry College Alumni Council and received its 2017 Distinguished Young Alumni Award. Ashley also is a past recipient of the Athens Banner-Herald “40 under 40” honor.
Ashley enjoys spending free time honing her photography skills. Subjects include cats and food, which fill up her Instagram feed. She believes Golden Girls remains a groundbreaking TV show and is a long-time member of the Gallup Panel, so the next time you see survey results, you will know who they asked.
