EMPLOYMENT
We take hiring seriously. What’s most important to us are what we call the “5 Cs” — character, class, confidence, chemistry and competency. We also pay attention to proficiency in language arts and design — two key building blocks of communications. Our hiring tends to come in waves as we see growth opportunities on the horizon.
The Holmes Report, an international public relations trade journal, named Jackson Spalding the "Best Small Agency to Work for in the U.S." for the second time in April 2011. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution named Jackson Spalding one of metro Atlanta's "Top 100 Workplaces" in 2011 as well. Atlanta Magazine recognized us as a "Top 10" place to work in 2008, and Georgia Trend said we were among the "Top 15" workplaces statewide that same year.
