How do you work?

We customize our coaching to the specific needs of each client. We match the right coach to your team and individualize the session according to your goals. Our training involves hands-on exercises and tailored presentations.

Where do you coach?

We can coach at your location or ours, though we prefer ours to minimize distractions for trainees. We can simulate a variety of television, radio, and print situations either here or on location. Our network and local news experience allow us to simulate real scenarios easily.

Who have you coached?

We’ve coached doctors, lawyers, business executives, subject matter experts and not-for-profit leaders. We’ve coached instant celebrities caught in the headlines as well as sports celebrities promoting programs and products.

How many people can you coach at once?

It depends on your goals. We offer class-room style sessions, but company spokespersons benefit the most from one-on-one videotaped practice.

What equipment do you use?

We own television-quality cameras — the same used by local news crews. We also provide lighting and teleprompters, if situations call for those. We have a full suite of editing equipment that allows us to simulate real television news. All sessions with a video component include video playback.

Do you have a half-day option?

We can do a half-day session depending on your goals and your spokesperson’s experience level.

What if our person needs something more involved?

We highly recommend that all spokespersons schedule regular “brush-ups.” Some clients practice with us quarterly. We also have helped clients with particular needs such as articulation or projecting more energy into their presentations.

Can you schedule something on short notice if we are in a crisis?

Coaching quite often accompanies crisis situations. We are usually able to accommodate quick turnarounds. However, we encourage all companies to be well versed with media coaching and public speaking before they actually experience a crisis.

Do you offer volume discounts if we agree to coach a certain number of people?
