From Atlanta

  • Take I-85 from Atlanta and follow Highway 316/University Parkway toward Athens.;
  • Once approaching Athens, cross over the Athens Perimeter (Hwy 10 Loop) and continue straight. This road becomes Epps Bridge Road.
  • Follow signs directing you to 78 East. This becomes Atlanta Hwy/Broad Street toward downtown Athens.
  • Continue toward downtown on Broad Street. Turn left onto Milledge Avenue. The Varsity will be to your left.
  • Continue about .5 miles until Milledge Avenue dead ends into Prince Avenue. Turn right onto Prince Avenue.
  • Cross over the intersection of Prince Avenue and Finley Street and take your next right into the Bottleworks development.  
  • Walk through the archway at the end of the building to your left. Walk through the courtyard to the lobby. Take the elevator to the second floor and enter Suite 20 through the first door on the right.
  • There is an additional Bottleworks parking lot behind the Bottleworks complex on Meigs Street. From this lot, walk across Meigs street and enter the Bottleworks through the archway. Walk to your left along the pavement, then cross the courtyard on the right and enter the lobby. Take the elevator to the second floor and enter Suite 20 through the first door on the right.

From I-85

  • From exit 127, take Hwy. 129 south toward Athens. Hwy. 129 turns into Prince Avenue once you cross over the Athens Perimeter (Hwy. 10 Loop).
  • Just before reaching downtown Athens, you’ll cross over the intersection of Prince and Finley Street. Take the next right into the Bottleworks development.
  • Walk through the archway at the end of the building to your left. Walk through the courtyard to the lobby. Take the elevator to the second floor and enter Suite 20 through the first door on the right.
  • There is an additional Bottleworks parking lot behind the Bottleworks complex on Meigs Street. From this lot, walk across Meigs street and enter the Bottleworks through the archway. Walk to your left along the pavement, then cross the courtyard on the right and enter the lobby. Take the elevator to the second floor and enter Suite 20 through the first door on the right.

From I-20

  • From exit 130, take Hwy. 15 north toward Athens. Follow Hwy. 15 through Watkinsville to the merger with Hwy. 441. After you cross over the Athens Perimeter (Hwy. 10 Loop), continue straight onto Timothy Road.
  • At the intersection with Timothy Road and Epps Bridge Parkway, turn right.
  • Follow signs directing you to 78 East. This becomes Atlanta Hwy/Broad Street toward downtown Athens.
  • Continue toward downtown on Broad St. Turn left onto Milledge Avenue. The Varsity will be to your left.
